For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance.

2 Thessalonians 3:5

The goal of this command is love, which comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.

1 Timothy 1:5

But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God! And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
